Social Communication Class

Ages 2  1/2-5 years

 

This class is designed for children who have a diagnosis of language disorder or who are on the Autism spectrum but is for any child who can benefit from extra supports in group settings.  It is a highly structured class that assists with skills needed to transition to group settings (daycare, preschool, etc.).  Children use picture schedules, communication folders, songs, and participate in social activities to address speech, language and social goals. Parent participation required.
